AxioCard provides virtual payment cards for online purchases, subscriptions, advertising platforms, and digital services. All cards are digital products delivered electronically and are subject to provider availability.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, passwords, and payment activities. Users must comply with all applicable laws and are strictly prohibited from:

• Using cards for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Sharing account credentials with third parties
• Attempting to manipulate or abuse the platform
• Initiating false chargebacks or disputes
• Using the service to evade taxes or sanctions

AxioCard is not responsible for any losses, declined transactions, service interruptions, unauthorized usage, or issues caused by third-party merchants, payment gateways, or external providers beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in:

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Chargeback abuse or false disputes
• Unauthorized or illegal payments
• Violation of platform policies
• Any activity harmful to the platform or other users
