Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing virtual cards or funding your wallet balance.

1. Eligibility
Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase for unused cards only. Cards that have been used or partially used are not eligible for refunds.
2. Process
To request a refund, submit a support ticket through your dashboard. Include your order ID and the reason for the refund request. Our support team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
3. Refund Method
Approved refunds are credited back to your main wallet balance. The refundable amount only includes the remaining card balance. Withdrawal of wallet balance follows separate withdrawal policies.
