Refund Policy

When you delete a virtual card, the remaining card balance is automatically and instantly refunded to your AxioCard wallet. No request is needed — the refund happens immediately upon card deletion.

• Refund appears in your wallet immediately
• No minimum balance required to receive a refund

You can withdraw your wallet balance at any time by submitting a withdrawal request through your dashboard. All withdrawals are reviewed and processed by our admin team.

• Submit a withdrawal request from your dashboard
• Requests are reviewed by our team manually
• Processing time may vary — typically within 24–48 hours
• A 5% withdrawal fee applies to all withdrawals
• You will receive the withdrawal amount minus the 5% fee

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Card issuance fees and funding fees
• Wallet top-up deposits once confirmed
• Pre-loaded card purchases after card details have been revealed
• Withdrawal fees (5%)
